History Brief: The team was purchased from Frank Lentine and moved from Binghamton to Allegheny  in 1996. Franchise #4 has had eight owners, including the infamous pair of original owner Jerry Siciliano III and the Ragin' Cajun, Brian Reasons, both of whom were expelled from the league for failing to live up to TCBA's Prime Directive. Craig Shifflett more than conducted Franchise #4 in accord with that directive, and it was a sad day following the 2010 season when he resigned from TCBA.
